4.2 DO NOT CALL (DNC) REGISTRY — VOLUNTARY OPT-IN WAIVER

causes of action, complaints, or lawsuits against MyPolicyCompass.com,
its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensed
insurance partners, brokers, and assigns arising from or related to
any telephone call, SMS/text message, prerecorded message, or
autodialed call made in reliance upon the consent provided herein,
including but not limited to any claim under the TCPA, any state Do
Not Call statute, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), or any
other federal or state telemarketing or communications law;
(f) ACKNOWLEDGE that this consent is given freely and voluntarily, in
exchange for the free insurance quote, information, and referral
services offered by MyPolicyCompass.com, which constitutes adequate
and sufficient consideration for this waiver;
(g) UNDERSTAND that you are not required to provide this consent as a
condition of purchasing any insurance product or service, and that
you may seek insurance quotes through other means if you do not wish
to consent.
4.3 Consent to Contact Even Without Purchase

You understand and agree that contact may occur even if you do not ultimately
purchase an insurance policy, and that multiple licensed insurance
professionals may contact you in connection with your inquiry.
4.4 Revocation of Consent

against the Company solely based on the transfer of your data to licensed
